Albert Einstein said that ‘ nothing can be changed without changing your thinking’

When the new management team took over, we couldn’t afford to hire the most intelligent or skilled people in the industry. So we hired those with great potential, some straight out of National Youth Service Camp (NYSC ) camp and then we invested heavily in their personal development.

We spot talent , we invest in that talent and we hope that the Talent, would in turn give us significant value addition.

Currently , I am very proud in my leadership assignment to meet my ex -staff at conferences, fairs and industry events representing their new organizations. That my former staff such as Akomolafe Emmanuel Ayobami
standing in the picture , who we hired from straight from NYSC camp transformed so much that in a few short years, he was recruited as a senior personnel with my competitor is extremely fulfilling.
Thus at the Global Leadership Summit 2024, when Dan Owolabi said we should not ask ‘what is my legacy , but WHO is my legacy? I smiled.
