Training is an important part of our staff development. Well-trained staff contribute to greater efficiency and higher customer satisfaction.

Often times it may even be easier than we think; Discuss a podcast or video cast, Have a monthly book review and allow them prepare slides and train other staff is itself a training in Public speaking!
