Training is an important part of our staff development. Well-trained staff contribute to greater efficiency and higher customer satisfaction.

When an opportunity to be trained arises, it is important that as staff we seize it even if it may not necessarily be relevant to our current role.

Often times it may even be easier than we think; Discuss a podcast or video cast, Have a monthly book review and allow them prepare slides and train other staff is itself a training in Public speaking!
