Success on the Job

For the month of January, 2022 my team and I conducted a Book Review of ‘Success on the Job’ written by Dr Sam Adeyemi.

Instructional was the part that invited us into a self awareness conversation of ‘ am I using my dominant gifts and talents in my job?’
Each member of the team was asked to make a list of their dominant gifts and talents and how they were applying them (or not ) applying them to the job in order to gain job satisfaction. Then we asked they make the connection to their temperament type.

The exercise was an eye opener.

When we can bring our natural gifts and talents in to our roles, we find the greatest satisfaction and we deliver greater results.

Have a happy new month of February!
