On the 11th of March, 2022, we held our usual Friday training session. This was a special one as it was a practical demonstration of how teaming should work.
We were set up into two teams and given a Packaging sample that had been shred into pieces. Our task was to put the puzzle back together as fast as we could.
My team won the exercise.
These are my learning points:
- As a team player, don’t work in isolation. Don’t isolate yourself from the team.
- Discover the one thing you can do that can help others fulfill their individual purposes.
- Do not play a ‘know it all’ role, listen to other ideas and contributions. It helps achieve faster results.
- Do not ignore or underestimate the least contribution of your team members. Every member is key.
- Give every member of your team a chance and reasons to be committed to the success of your goals.
- Celebrate their periodic contribution to achieving the entire goals of your team.
- Achieving a team goal demands self sacrifice, commitment, resilience and pleasant communication!
- Happiness with what one is doing is a vital instrument for success.
- Strict concentration is essential towards achieving a goal . Staying focused until the goal is achieved is also very important.
- Whatever you are doing, do it well.

I was wondering if you ever considered changing the layout of your site? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.
